Organizational culture is, arguably, the most important and most often overlooked component on the pathway to success.  Positive organizational culture instills team members with belief in the organization and pride that they are a part of the team.  They will be much more likely to promote the mission, purpose and products of the organization. 

A negative organizational culture, however, can undermine everything an organization stands for.  So many employees feel disconnected from their organizations and likely couldn’t even recite the institution’s mission or vision.  

We understand the problems that plague you.  We have watched from the  trenches while company leaders struggle to make changes.  We have sat daily next to the people who could say nothing nice about the company and complained to whoever would listen. We have been in leadership positions and seen how difficult it can be to change the culture of an organization.  We have watched while administrators saw what needed to be done, but were unsure of how to take the company to that new higher level of functioning. Worse, we have seen administrators and organizational leaders tout ideals like compromise, communication, and openness, but act in ways to their employees that directly contradict those values. We’ve seen leaders with a complete lack of vision. We’ve experienced companies with a completely apathetic work force. We know what it is like to be a member of a company with huge potential but no vision to reach it.

We’ve been there.  And it is not a fun place to be. It’s not fun to be an employee OR a leader in this type of organization.

We know it can be better. We know that organizational culture is emergent, not static, and it is always changing. We know that any organizational culture can be transformative, uplifting, and energetic.
