In addition to the leadership training and assessment services that provide for the foundation of our customizable Peak Performance Plan, Summit Leadership & Coaching will also provide individual and team leadership coaching to support your organization’s vision and mission. We approach coaching not as a series of conversations but rather as a focused individual learning process. The approach taken by our professional coaches will be the Maxwell method and is aligned to Strengths-based development as follows:

Leadership Coaching Process
The process of leadership coaching will be an on-going exercise where we will provide encouragement, guidance, and honest feedback as each individual pursues their personal and professional goals, specifically tied to the important outcomes your organization wants to achieve. The key steps in our coaching process will follow the Maxwell method and are aligned to strengths-based development as follows:
- We meet to discuss goals and objectives and establish a timeline and a schedule.
- We then identify and assess strengths and challenges utilizing a variety of tools.
- We design a customized personal development plan and coaching schedule based on the assessment and feedback information with clearly defined benchmarks for success.
- We implement the designed one-on-one coaching plan and support this coaching with the application of real-time solutions to leadership challenges as a primary focus.
- We continually evaluate the coaching process to measure not only the effectiveness of the development plan but also the growth of the individual.
Summit Leadership & Coaching understands that this process takes time and effort and a commitment from the organization and individuals to “stick it out.” This is a marathon – not a sprint. The rewards of the journey, however, are absolutely worth the effort.
